Started CandidSky from scratch and grew it into a team of 20. Focused on SEO, website design, and paid advertising for B2B and B2C brands across the UK.

Technical Leadership

As Technical Director, I owned the technical strategy and led the design and engineering teams. Built SaaS products, client dashboards, and reporting systems that gave us an edge over competitors.

The Exit

Scaled the business to over £1M annual revenue at its peak. Transitioned to focus on other projects.
